(AP) Lord Trevor, in his -fourth year, was married in London yesterday to 23- year -old Miss Phyllis May Sims, daughter of the village plumber of Kirton, Lincolnshire. Miss Sims, as a hospital nurse, attended Lord Trevor's sister, the Honcrable Leila Hill Trevor. The patient took a great fancy to the girl and when she recovered invited her to stay at Brynkinalt, where she lived with her brother.
A friendship arose between the peer and Miss Sims and the engagement followed. About forty guests attended the wedding, including several titled personages, but the bride's parents were not present. Lord Trevor acted as an ambulance driver during the war, being barred from active military because he was beyond the age service. OBITUARY Louis P. Koepff Louis P.

FRANCISCO MINE TO OPEN AGAIN PRINCETON, July agreement was signed yesterday by the Francisco Mining company and District 11 and Francisco mine local at Terre Haute on terms for reopening the Francisco Mine No. 2, closed since the explosion Dec. 9, 1926.
The mine, with a force of 200 men will begin hoisting coal Saturday or Monday. J. R. Henderson, local manager, and R. J.
Moeby, superintendent, represented the Francisco Mining company. The present owners of the mine are Tyler L. and Perry C. Andrews, Lawrenceville, Vincennes oil and coal operators, who took over the mine from LaPlante Welch of Vincennes recently. LaPlante Welch purchased the mine property at a receiver's sale several months ago.
