Katy Perry is reportedly set to have a multimillion pound payday on Friday, after being booked to perform at a wedding celebration for the son of India's richest man.
The singer, 39, is said to be jetting to Cannes in the South of France to sing at a masquerade ball for Anant Ambani and his bride Radhika Merchant.
Anant, 29, is the son ofReliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, who is Asia's richest person according to Forbes and worth more than $114 billion.
Katy would be following in the footsteps of fellow music superstars Rihanna and Beyoncé, who were paid eye-watering fees to perform for the billionaire in the past.
For his daughter's wedding in 2018, Mukesh is said to have paid Beyoncé, 42, $6million to perform a private concert for guests.

While MailOnline has been told that Rihanna recently raked in£5million ($6.33million) for her performance at another pre-wedding celebration for Anant and Radhika in March.
Now the Sun reports that Katy will be doing her own set for the happy couple, who have once again splashed out millions ahead of their actual wedding in July.
The Firework singer will allegedly be singing at a stop-off for a cruise around Europe for the bride and groom and 800 guests.
A source told to the publication: 'They have invited 800 guests who are currently on a space-themed cruise around Europe, with stops in Barcelona and Genoa.
'It will arrive in Cannes on Friday for the big bash, which will be at a £40million estate. The party itself will only last five hours but Katy will headline it, with a DJ also being flown in as part of the top-tier entertainment.
'Afterwards, guests will watch a huge fireworks display from a small armada of ships waiting in the Bay of Cannes. When they say there’s been no expense spared, they really mean it.'

The We Found Love hitmaker sang impressive 19 set list of some of her biggest hits including B*** Better Have My Money, Work, All Of The Lights, and lastly Diamonds.

Guests were housed in specially arranged five-star facilities, with hundreds of staffon hand to look after them, with a series of penthouses and villas renovated for the occasion.
More than 100 chefs were flown in to cater for them and prepared 500 dishes over the three days, ranging from traditional India food to Mexican, Chinese and European cuisine.

And sources close to the Ambanis told MailOnline that the figure spent on the nuptials will ‘significantly increase’ with millions more set to be spent in July, when the actual ceremony takes place in Mumbai.
