The pleasure and leisure company #PLBY Group, Inc., (PLBY) provided products, content, and experiences to help consumers lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. For 70 years, PLBY had been 'striving to create a #culture where all people can pursue #pleasure'. Its flagship consumer brand '#Playboy' became the world's most recognisable #brand, earning billions of dollars annually in sales revenue by driving global consumer spending with its products and content available in about 180 countries. In 2022, PLBY formed a JV company, #PlayboySpirits, with Chicago-based #SpiritsInvestmentPartners to enter into the USD500 billion #spiritsbusiness. In 2023, PLBY decided to #restructure its business to focus on #cashflow and #highgrowth #opportunities, simplify the #operatingmodel, and #reduce operating #expenses. , Besides leveraging its Playboy IP to #expand its #icensingbusiness. In September 2023, Playboy Spirits #launched the canned premium vodka #Seltzer line - #PLAYHARD, targeting Gen Z and Millennials considered the biggest consumers of Seltzers. Would PLBY's restructuring exercise and Playboy Spirits' foray into the spirits business, especially in the Seltzers segment pay off in the long run?

You look forward to creating a brand that's ICONIC, memorable and helps people feel like a million bucks, I'm certain of it... one that stands the test of time. If there is one company that comes to mind when I think about modeling our company after it's none other than Ferrari... maybe not the history, but definitly the quality, the loyalty, the results. When the Chairman of the Ferrari of Tampa Bay Club asked me to supply gifts to prospective members for a recruitment event, I was not only honored I was down right giddy! As a proud Sicilian/Italian, you can only imagine how many of my family members I called when I got this opportunity to boost about our new client. It wasn't a full contract but it was an opportunity to share something we LOVE (gifts and appreciation) with a brand that I personally love and aspire to be a client of one day (as I'm sure you might want to too). Prospective members received a personalized letter and a bottle of an Italian wine that our then, Level 3 Sommelier hand selected for them. The Chairman was beyond thrilled as he knew most of the prospects were wine aficionados. And the wine we selected was rare and I mean very rare. The outcome was great — 20+ new members were created! This strategic approach cultivated ongoing relationships and enriched the overall membership experience. Gil DiGiannantonio, Co-Founder of Hooters of America, shared his thoughts on working with Humanity Wine Co: "I knew she and her mission would be the ideal pairing for this event's gifting." At Humanity Wine Co., we're passionate about making a difference and achieving remarkable results. Your success stories fuel our mission. P.S. When a company has their picnic at the Renaissance Faire and within a week emails you to say that their employees all voted they want to do it again next year...#winningI constantly tell the team here that I can get a group or event here once, but they are the ones that can keep them coming back.Be sure to share wins like that with the whole team. It's their win too!(And if you want to celebrate that great team with a picnic...I happen to know a good place to have one.... 😉 )#teamwork #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #greatteam #sales #salestip #returnbusiness #repeatbusiness #repeatcustomer #customerreviews #companypicnic #corporateevent #eventvenue

A few months ago the champion of one of my first large enterprise deals said, "you're the reason I still go to Korean BBQ on my birthday." 10 years ago, enterprise sales deals weren’t getting done at Korean BBQ restaurants, but for me it became my “go-to” environment to build rapport with my clients.Lenny Blum was the VP of Collaboration and Identity Access & Management at NBCUniversal and I was nervous about the implications of taking him to a Korean BBQ restaurant in NYC. I was already insecure about being an asian american seller in tech and taking my top prospect to a Korean restaurant was risky. Would he be off-put by the different smells of dishes like Kimchi that many of my schoolmates commented on growing up? Could he handle the spice levels of the food? Would he look down on me because there was no fancy tomahawk steak nor the $300 bottle of wine that would accompany a high-end steakhouse?I contemplated for days where I would take my top prospect because I was afraid he wouldn’t like how different Korean food was from what he was used to.Lenny ended up loving how I explained the history and the context of each of the side dishes and some of the more unique offerings like the fermented bean paste that was used as a dipping sauce, and how it could even be used for cooking the iconic Korean soup, 된장찌개 (“daenjang jigae”)The experience made an impression on him and while it wasn’t THE reason we were able to close a deal with NBCUniversal, showing up as my authentic self and representing my culture built a unique bond between us that lives on to this day. We created a lifelong memory, developing into a friendship extending way beyond the deal and both of our personal lives have been impacted for the better. Creating meaningful relationships is what enterprise sales is all about. What are you doing today to give your buyers a peek into your culture while building lasting relationships with your champions? #techsales #koreanbbq #authenticity

Can’t decide which is funnier…1. You posted this and are NOW working with the employee Or2. You’ve encouraged your entire company to repost this for you. (30+ times?!) Yeah we know, you didn’t “force” anyone to do it. 😉 Recommendations:1. Stop posting, about it. Nothing you say will make you look better.2. Sure there are other sides, especially the one that tells you that your brand is worth more than severance.3. Don’t expect a ribbon or trophy for this post.4. Bring in real training for leadership.5. Pull an Uber. That means you and your other co-founders step aside, being in new leadership.6. Rename the company, this one is stained.7. Probably need some objection handing, customer succes cancellation, and, non renewal, and competitor training. Call me 🤙 📞. 😂

Very overdue on an update on how I am pacing for President's Club....Quick intro for those who aren't aware. President’s Club is an all-inclusive trip hosted by the company to reward their top performers—usually the top 10% of the company for that year. 🎉My goal is to be a part of that 10% and be deep in some Athens, Greece activities next year.👀The topic today is Q3. How'd we do? How did we not do? Was I mentally and emotionally recovering since?Yes.Q3 we landed at a very neat percentage.270% average on Q3 !?!?!? Lots of ups and lots of downs throughout this quarter but blessed to have pulled out a good one. 🕺🏽Something Ithought of as this quarter progressed, is just how hard it is to be consistent, and the mental fatigue you experience when aiming at a goal that doesn't really have a ceiling. My solution: Celebrate ALL the small wins. 🥂Examples from this last month: Downing a Snickers bar after a phone set.Performing a very embarrassing celebratory dance after a phone set.More Snickers after a good meeting day.Lmk how you all celebrate the small wins down below! 🔥
