Both live with Ralph Loechle's Last Friday two people, claiming to be University of Louisville education majors came to Carroll County High School to observe classes like they had done many times in the past. The same day, police conducted a drug search and before the day ended both of them had been jailed. Arrested were Ralph E. Loechle, 25, and Becky Loechle, age unknown, both of 11 Stephens County charged with Carroll County High School." An assistant dean in the University of Louisville's education department said there was a male student with the last name of Loechle that was in the program, but the name they have on file is not Ralph.
The Loechles' problems started when dogs found drugs in their vehicle in the parking lot of the high school, according to police. After the police brought the Loechle's out to their vehicle and received consent to search, they found two bags with marijuana seeds and residue. After searching Becky Loechle's handbag, police found drugs in a nonprescription container, accord- TRACY S.
