Oh my goodness, this was so delicious! Hearts of Palm are a newer ingredient for me but they perfectly mimic fish! Before going plant-based we were huge fish eaters and I have been trying to find something to mimic it. This crab style salad was so bright and delicious and I loved every bite!

    Hi Holly
I’d love to try this recipe – it looks so yummy!
However as we live in Spain I don’t have Old Bay seasoning. Any advice on substitutes for this?
    Thanks!

Hi Anni! Cajun seasoning is similar to Old Bay and, especially given the relatively small amount called for, I think would make a fine substitute in this recipe. Crab boil (most are vegan!) or seasoned salt are also good options.

There are recipes online for Old Bay Seasoning. I found one I liked and made my own.

      Great idea!
