What everyone wants to know about cruising, but were afraid to ask.I wanted to take the time to summarize my thoughts on the cruise industry, where it’s headed, and make comprehensive posts on different cruise lines, experiences, and how it all works.In the past cruising has been solely for the middle class and upper middle class.The business has changed drastically since then, there are now Michelin starred celebrity chef restaurants on some ships, first class accommodations that create ships within a ship, mega suites with butlers, ultra luxury yachts, and everything in between. Today's modern cruise is exactly like the hotel industry, you get what you pay for.With modern cruises the purchasing decision is typically 50% the destinations of the cruise, 50% the ship itself. I am going to summarize some brands as best as I can so you can have a full comprehensive view of the market, how it all works, in the hopes that some can re-evaluate their past feelings on cruises or find a new brand that is a match for our experienced cruisers in here.
