This came together easily and turned out good! The only thing I would change next time is a different type of soup, I didn’t care for the beans and peas in the minestrone.

Looks delicious…I have all the ingredients and am ready to do this. However, since it’s just the Hubby & I, will my 4 quart hold it all, or does it need to go in a 6 quart? I just checked out your FB page and saved many recipes to try, I can’t wait. Thanks for the wonderful content 🙂

Loved it!! The soup was a great hit. It’s definitely a keeper. The first time I made it, I stuck to the recipe, except I use a 18.8oz can of Campbell’s chunky minestrone soup with Italian sausage. This week, I made it again and used a package of mild Italian sausage links ( I removed the casings). I also added Italian seasoning. The soup had great flavor!

I tried it tonight and was not impressed. It didn’t have much flavor. It was like a mild chili with little flavor. It was okay but i think some onions and some more spices need to be added.
